Cake decorating – Basic Sugar Flowers – Summer Taster
In this course, you will learn about flower modelling paste, colouring paste and sugar modelling. A range of flowers will be made, including roses, carnations and a variety of flowers using cutters to decorate sugar-pasted cupcakes.
Each student will take home 6 decorated cupcakes in a presentation box.
